About the room
Three unfurnished double bedrooms with built in wardrobes (one has an ensuite) are available in large 4 bedroom house with 2 separate lounges, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and garden.
Plenty of off street parking on quiet no exit street, opposite a reserve/park and 20 minute walking trail to Henderson town. The trail is great for running or walking to keep fit.
Bus stop is 10 minutes walk for Henderson town for train into city centre, or Lincoln Road interchange to the city centre.
Sturges road train station is 20 minutes walk.
Palomino shops (groceries, hairdresser, bakery, Chinese takeaway, coffee shop, medical centre) are 10 minutes walk.
