Hello, we are a couple looking for a boarder to live with us in our new home
3 bedroom house where we would share a living area, kitchen, and bathroom with a separate toilet. Yours would be a Double sized bedroom with a built in wardrobe.
Located in Nawton, Ideal for someone working in te rapa or CBD, with them being only 10mins drive. Verry close to the expressway heading North.
Looking for professionals/students. Tidy, Friendly, and Reliable. Couples negotiable Pets negotiable Non smokers
Rent $200 a week. Inclusive of utilities (Power, water, and WIFI).
Move in date would ideally be 22nd June as we get the keys on the 17th June. We may be able to get a viewing before then. We know this is a while away, this will give us time to get to know each other.
About the roomies
We are in our early 30s, some of our hobbies include table top games, art, video games, and the occasional drink.
Love animals and plan to get one in the near future.
