large room going in a private lil northland flat ✨🌲 come take over my room and hop on the lease that goes through until Feb 2024, with most likely an option to renew! for only $220 a week, you get to live in the room i have loved for just over a year now 😢 you have ample space, could fit a king bed + much more furniture! utilities come to between $60-90 a month depending on the seasons, the place has an HRV system to keep you toasty and dry in the winter, and is equipped with a heatpump AND a dishwasher (sadly no dryer tho 😭). you also have stunning views over kelburn and a deck that’s perfect for socialising during summer! 25-30 min walk to kelburn campus or 5 min bus ride, and 10 min bus ride to get into town! there is a bus stop with the 4,22 and 13 right up on the street, and a 5 min walk to bus stops with the 2,21, 18 etc so you have ample options for public transport! there is also on street parking if you have a car! also very close to zealandia so you may be visited by some cheeky native birds every so often! this place will not suit anyone with mobility issues as there are multiple stairs to get down to the house as it is below the street. please pm me for viewings!! move in date will be negotiated, however will be looking for someone to move in around mid april! all dependent on me finding a new whare 💖
