Shared with 2 student flatmates there is a living space with TV, full kitchen and small outdoor area. 2mins walk to the Warehouse, 4 Square and other shops and only a few minutes drive to the motorway. Your lockable room includes an ensuite, double wardrobe, blackout blinds, a desk, chair and queen size bed.

Your roommates are Waikato Uni students who enjoy a bit of socialising together (the odd shared dinner or movie night). They are respectful and tidy and share duties for the communal spaces.
