Haigh Access Road

Epic location. Beautiful views of forest, ridgelines and a marine reserve. Plenty of bush walks featuring streams and even a waterfall. Good birdlife and little to no noise from roads or traffic.

The master suite is the entire upstairs of the house. Walk in wardrobe, seperate bathroom and toilet.

Large living room, dining room and kitchen. Plenty of deck ans courtyard space, a big lawn, some fruit trees, heaps of chickens and Lots of parking space.

Good communal living. There is a big vege garden to share and eat from.

Fresh air far from roads or traffic. No neighbours either which is a bonus. Other than the ones up the long shared driveway but we only see them driving past occasionally and they are great people.

There is a fire place and we have started splitting wood for this winter. Hot water is heated by solar, wetback (fireplace) and main grid. Rainwater collected and stored in a big tank which we all drink. It’s yum!

Fern is a crafter who lives to make stuff and teach craft. She works from home alot in her tiny workshop/studio on the property. Loves being in nature and surrounded by like minded community. Very easy going and always up for a laugh!
