About the flat:

• Shared house with communal dinner most nights ~6:30-7:30pm; we gather around the table for conversations about the day then return to our rooms.
• Meal roster: each flatmate cooks for the house once or twice a time per week and rostered to clean up after the cook.
• General flat expenses are covered by the head tenant, all flatmates will put in some funds to help cover these.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone responsible, sociable and respectful of a calm home environment.
• Comfortable living with a younger housemate and considerate.
• Willing to take part in rosters around the house and to contribute to shared expenses.

Additional Costs:

• Money for the rental pool, for flatting supplies.
• Service bill payments. (~$30 p/w)
• Two weeks rent as bond.

• Male, 27: Full-time worker as a software developer; outdoorsy and usually found hiking, cycling, running and in the garden. Loves cooking chef quality meals for the flat and baking deserts.
• Female, 23: University student; studies biochemistry and works part time as a kitchen chef.
• Female, 16: High school student; quiet and friendly who really enjoys participating in school events and brass bands outside of the house.
