Heya! We’ve got a room available for rent located on Napier Road, Whakarongo, Palmerston North. We’re needing someone to move in asap as two others have pulled out last minute. House is three bedrooms, x1 bathroom and seperate indoor toilet, open dining and lounge area, double garage and outdoor toilet.

We’re preferably wanting a female flatmate, early to mid 20’s who works fulltime. You’d be living with two females who are in their early 20’s and also three cats.

No couples and no more pets sorry 😌

We currently don’t have any living or dining room furniture and we don’t have a washing machine or dryer so we use the laundromat. Someone with furniture would be highly appreciated but not necessary 😂😊

Move in cost is $800 total. $600 bond, $200 first weeks rent. Utilities split 3 ways every month ( wifi, power, LPG gas bottles and low cost bin )

You’ll be living with two females in their early twenties, and three cats Tamaki, Sally and Little. House isn’t a party house but you’re more than welcome to bring friends and family around etc.
