This is a nice, regular-sized room with North and East-facing windows, in a large house with plenty of shared spaces. A large lounge (with a fireplace) and kitchen, 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and bath.
It’s an older house with lots of character and quirks, but we have multiple heating options and sound rarely travels between rooms. A large property on a quiet street, off-street parking and some extra spaces for storage if you need it.
In a very central location, right next to the little river cycle trail. A couple of minutes from Hagley Park and an easy walk/bike to town or Riccarton Mall.
Near Lincoln road with plenty of dairies, restaurants, pubs etc. Multiple options for supermarkets close by.
About the roomies
2 current flatmates in our 30’s and 40’s, both quiet and easygoing. We split power and fibre internet.
