This is a stand alone cabin (bathroom and toilet inside house) You have your own enterence. You will be flatting with 2 males and 2 females (1 being the owner) Property is fully fenced with electric gate and security cameras. It’s a quite suburb and property is super safe. Cabin comes fully furnished, just need to supply bedding. Room has a double bed, small dresser, a chair, smart television wall mounted, fan, wall mounted heater, dehumidifier bed side tables, bed side lights. Front rancher doors have privacy tint, making it a beautiful wee cabin. Main house has a wood fire in lounge, house is never cold in Winter) modern kitchen that is well equipped. Bathroom is a wet floor shower, that has a 6 minute timer, gas water heating, and a separate toilet. There is a large shared vegetable garden, bistro blinded area to sit, a decking area in front with BBQ and dining area.
There are currently 2 male boarders , and 2 female. Ages very from sixties, through to 19 years . I am retired, but everyone else is working
