Modern sunny sleepout which includes kitchenette and own en suite. You’ll have your own cosy, independent sleepout attached to our garage at the back of the property, with no need to use the main house. We are a mother and daughter duo (one working from home, one a full time student) leading busy but independent lives. We are looking for a friendly female flatmate who works standard full time hours out of the house. We like a cheerful chat and a good laugh when crossing paths, but this is a peaceful family home rather than a party house. We value our downtime and appreciate someone who feels the same. It is important that you are reliable with rent, naturally clean and tidy, and respectful of everyone’s privacy as we all come and go. This space offers the perfect balance of a friendly environment and your own private sanctuary. Fully Insulated, no washing machine but good laundromats in area. $260 per week includes power and internet. 1 week rent in advance required. Street parking only. Prefer someone long term (6 months or more). Require references. Extra cost of gas bottle which you will need to fill, it’s around $35 per fill for your hot water which should last 3-5 weeks depending on use for shower/sink. I am the homeowner I work from home full time and live with my daughter who is a full time student and we have a friendly guard dog. We are sociable and friendly. I enjoy walking the dog, going to the gym and getting out of the house and socialising.
