You will be close to many bus stops if you choose to wander outside the area. Water is included in rent and electricity is around $40 a month. The apartment is fully furnished including a desk+chair (optional) large closet, bed +linens. Cooking utensils and other household items included.

You will have 4 other roommates with private rooms. 2 are on working holiday, a student and a trade worker. They are all very friendly and will be respectful of you and your space:) We all have cooking utensils to share and never have issues sharing the bathroom as the toilet is separate from the shower room.
