(including all the gay life you might need). The room is not large (single bed provided), however, it does have a sunny outlook - especially in the afternoon. There is good heating and air conditioning in the house and in your own room. You also have the privacy of a living area between the two bedrooms. Roll -your -own tobacco and vaping permitted. The only expense not included in the rent is Food.
