The Terrace

Kia ora! We’ve got a room available on the Terrace, so super close to uni (right by salamanca lights) and the city (pathway right down to willis street/by the backpackers!) ✨️ $225/week! 🔥🔥 (wifi $16 a month, power 13.75 a fortnight). Lease ends Feb, option to renew. ✨️ Move in flexible, ideally in around a week or two but open to whatever you need 🫶🤞 ✨️ We rotate chores every couple of weeks but in general clean up as we go and it hasn’t been an issue so far 😁. We use splitwise to split other expenses and the girls are so great at communicating and finding a solution so it’s been a lovely experience flatting with them. ✨️ The room itself has got a very weird shape to it,, but it’s the cheapest room in the flat and it’s actually huge. Lots of room and storage options! I’m open to selling my bed (king single for reference) which has been incredibly comfy. ✨️ The huge lounge and kitchen makes up for the strange bedroom layout, it’s actually incredible 💗 ✨️ The location honestly is hard to beat,, as its right in between uni and the city. No need for ubers after a night out! Access is steep up from the city. But - this means we’re surrounded with greenery and we see all sorts of birds and hardly hear the city noise from out little balcony. Clothes lines available too! 🐦🦜 ✨️ No street parking available sadly ✨️ We have a dishwasher, washer and a dryer 😁
