🛏️ Room Facilities: Your private room offers a glimpse of the harbor and is furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, bookshelf, and chair. Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, and laundry room.

⏰ Flexible Lease Options: Available for short-term rental from May 1st to December 1st, with flexible lease durations of 2-4 months or 5-7 months. Weekly rent and bills will be discussed privately.

👩‍🔧 About Your Host:

I’m a female architect, working weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. On Friday nights, I host movie nights in the living room – you are welcome to join! The room is only suitable for a single person. Feel free to introduce yourself before house viewing.
