Looking for two friendly, responsible, clean and considerate individuals, preferably aged between 25 to 35. Home is furnished, available rooms are unfurnished. Off street parking available.

Home is within walking distance to Porirua Station and a 5 minute drive to the city centre.

Rent is $280 per week (excluding expenses). Power/internet/gas is split equally each month.

Available for viewing from 22 April.

Existing flatmate is a female in her early 30s - young professional, enjoys cooking and pottery. Happy to share a meal on weekends but also appreciates privacy.
