About the room
Our home is a two-story standalone house with double glazing on Mangere Peninsula in a small cul-de-sac backing onto a reserve. We have a good size garden and deck area and off road parking is available on the side of the road.
We are looking to rent our fully furnished master bedroom with separate ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The living, dining, Kitchen, and garden areas are communal.
The room will be furnished with a day-bed (double bed size), a side table, a desk, and chest of drawers. Utility bills (electricity, gas, water) and wi-fi are covered in the rent but you will need to provide your own food, toiletries, linens, and washing detergents.
We are a 5 minute drive from Mangere shopping centre with Pak’n’Save, Countdown, a local weekend market, and bus station. Also, a 10 minute drive from the airport, Middlemore Hospital, and Onehunga mall and train station. Close to Ambury farm, kiwi-esplanade, and Mangere park.
The ideal flatmate will be a working professional, female, good and friendly around young children, be a tidy, considerate, and kind person, and have a friendly and positive attitude to others and life.
NO COUPLES, NO SMOKERS, and NO PETS PLEASE! No pets or smokers.
