Two SUNNY rooms available. Average sized. Both have Queen beds provided and large built in wardrobes. 5 minutes walk to the train station. Very quiet area 5 minutes walk to the beach .
House has four bedrooms. Right now there is Abel, the owner, ( 57 year old I. T. Manager at the NZ Medical Council ). Abel is only working in Wellington from Monday to Wednesday , and he lives in New Plymouth for the rest of the time . Leandro , 34 year old bike mechanic works in the city. He lived with us for two years over COVID.
We’re looking for a single person who is tidy in the living areas , especially in the kitchen.
Internet is included Power shared but bills are low because the house is very warm and rarely requires heating.
