This room is currently being changed from being the lounge, it comes unfurnished and is a little smaller so the rent is lower.
The room is currently at $190pw with expenses at $12pw
We’re primarily looking for other people in the Rainbow/LGBT community :)
The house is 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a bath, and a nice kitchen
It is also negotiable whether the occupied front bedroom is made available instead at $200, and the current occupier switches to this smaller room.
We are Morgan (they/them) 25, a graduate student studying linguistics at Vic; and Alice (she/they) 26, a writer currently working on a book of essays.
Ideally we’d offer the room to people close to our ages (23 - early 30’s) consistently takes their load of cleaning, and are neurodivergent or comfortable living with neurodivergent people (we both have some mix of ASD and ADHD)
We are both social people and enjoy chatting in the kitchen and the odd shared meal or boardgame night. 🙂
At the same time we both are quiet people when our energy is low, one of us studying fulltime and working, and the other having Chronic Fatigue
