Lesley's room

We are looking for someone for our cute sleepout/garden flat - located in our back garden right in the Island Bay Village!

The space has a mid sized bedroom, a kitchenette and a toilet. There are built in wardrodes and drawers. There is a nice wee back garden right out the glass doors. It is pretty basic and no frills but we like it! Whoever is in there comes into the house to use the shower and laundry. And to hang out or work if they wish.

The first 6 pictures show the sleepout and the garden. The last remainder show the main house and the village out our gate.

The sleepout is available for around three months - but very probably a few months longer.

The main house itself has a few different places to relax in. The dining and lounge rooms are separate - so it never feels crowded or noisy. There is also a shared quiet work/study space.

The home is well organised and runs very happily.

Friends around sometimes is fine but parties are out. The place is generally pretty quiet - but welcoming!

In the house are: Urvi (35,event manager & yoga teacher) James (23 on WHV) and our little family - Vincent (40yrs,PHD student) Leenet (36,Project manager) & our son 9yrs. We are from: India, the US and the UK.

Our combined interests include music, film, cycling, cooking, surfing, yoga,running, dance, movies and more.

We are an independent, open minded, friendly, respectful sort of a group. We gladly stop for a chat and sometimes we all get together for a shared meal.
