Large room for single working person. Has own entrance and heat pump. Blackout curtains and sun blinds. Lots of shared living space. Large modern kitchen and bathroom, second toilet. Wood burner in lounge with heat transfer. Bills included, unifone wifi, gas hot water and electric. Rural. Please don’t enquire if you’d rather live in town. 12 to 15 minutes from Alex, Clyde, Omakau. Must like animals. No smoking or vaping please.
