We’re in the heart of Wadestown with easy access to the Wadestown centre which has a GP, hair dresser, general store and a lot of takeaways. We are a 5 minute drive to the nearest super market but also have Thorndon New World right on the main bus route

We’re a 30 second walk from the #14 bus which comes frequently so you will have easy access to and from the golden mile

It’s a 6 bedroom house, with 3 rooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. Each floor has its own bathroom so you would be sharing a bathroom with two others.

Upstairs has a bath that everyone is free to use but that bathroom is primarily used by the 3 tenants upstairs.
