Kia Ora My partner and I are first home owners and looking for quiet people to join us in our new whare in Western Heights ☺️. We are after mature, professional, clean and tidy people, early twenties to mid thirties easy going and have to be okay with pets as we have a dog named Teka who will love you as a friend. This is not a party or smoking house but happy to have a social BBQ every now and then.

We have two rooms available to rent both are the same size and can fit a king size bed with two side tables and have a double wardrobe. The rooms are $200 each plus bills split. Both rooms will be available around mid May. Both with be unfurnished. Can supply a queen or single bed if needed. The house is secure with security cameras, fully fenced, garage for storage with an hrv system and heat pumps for winter months even an outdoor heater!
