I’ve got one room that needs filling in a gorgeous and cozy three bedroom Wadestown flat. The room is massive, it can comfortably fit a queen bed, desk, couch, and more. It gets good morning sunshine and has just been freshly painted and touched up. The room includes the wardrobe pictured but is otherwise unfurnished.

The flat is in a good location for young-professionals and/or students. There are several bus stops running routes to the CBD (No. 14) and/or Vic Uni (No. 22 and No. 4) only a short walk away from the property.

• The city is about 40 minutes walking distance from the property, and Vic Uni only 25.

There is plenty of free on-street parking near the property (and one off-street park). The flat boasts some stunning views, gets all-day sun, and gets absolutely drenched in afternoon sun.

The flat has just undergone some renovations. All the rooms are freshly painted and look stunning. We have a new and modern shower/bathroom that is really quite lovely.

The flat is 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet (the shower is in a separate room to the toilet).

The flat and its amenities are in good condition - everything has been subject to a clean / repair / touch-up during the renovation process.

We have a nice and modern laundry machine and dryer.

There is a garage that would be suitable for storing a bike/moped/motorcycle (I am currently storing a motorcycle in there). The garage is not suitable for cars.

I am not overly fussed about who I live with, however, it will need to be someone well-mannered and tidy. This is not to be a party flat - it has just been renovated and we will need to take good care of it. I am also, however, hoping to find flatmates who I can banter with and who will contribute to a positive and friendly flat vibe.
