Balfour Street

Furnished room available for 2 months from start of June to start of August 2024. After this period there is an option to rent an unfurnished room without any time limit.

The house is in a cute suburb Mornington that is quiet, near bus stations, with on-street parking, lovely neighbours, and cafes just a 5-minute walk away in Berhampore. The room is spacious and quiet so you will get a good night’s sleep. Big garden at the back of the house where you could drink a coffee (we have an excellent coffee machine) and read a book or just soak in the sun.

From June to August, you would be sharing the flat with one lovely female (35yr) and Mr Biscotti (5 months old kitten). If you decided to stay on, then you would be living with one more person (male, 35), who is travelling for two months and whose room you’d be living in from June to August. We are not a party flat, but we do socialise and dont want hermits but also totally respect privacy and the desire to disappear into your room when the social batteries run flat. No stress either way, we just dont want any extremes (extreme hermit or extreme extrovert). We do insist on being tidy and respectful. We both are very active, gym and other sports. Would love to meet the person for a tea or coffee to see if we’re a match :)
