Wira's room

I have an ensuite room available. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. It’s located in a new apartment on Nelson Street, Auckland CBD. Walking distance to Queen Street. It’s a safe and nice place to live. The price is only for a single female person. The price also covers all bills, including wifi, water, and electricity. In our outside bathroom, a washing machine and dryer are available. You’ll definitely be able to use them. Just always be mindful of our personal space. The room will be completely available starting on May 18th. ^^

You’ll be living with me and my husband. We are a Thai couple. We both personally love our home very much, so we consistently maintain a clean and tidy house, which helps us recharge after a long day at work. I believe that living in a nice house is essentially what most people want, and we’d definitely love to have a flatmate who treats the house as we do. If that doesn’t happen, we’re not able to get along.
