Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom home in the heart of One Tree Hill. Located within walking distance of cafes, bakeries, a dairy, a dry cleaner, a fish & chip shop, and a bottle store. The home is fully furnished, except for your bedroom.

Inside, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area gets all-day sun. The recently renovated kitchen is well-equipped. We keep one bedroom spare for use as an office.

The available room has an ensuite with two built-in wardrobes - the bathroom has also been renovated with underfloor heating. Your French doors lead to the large back lawn, with a large cantilever umbrella covering the patio area. We also have feijoa and lemon trees.

We’re social, and love to share a wine/beer at the end of the week, with the odd shared meal too - we also enjoy our own time, independence, and space. We’re looking for someone with similar values, tidy, mindful/considerate etc.

As we have just moved into the place, we will provide better photos ASAP - otherwise happy to send more photos too.

You will be living with a couple both in their late 20’s - a teacher and a designer. As mentioned, we are social but also enjoy our own time. We enjoy a good coffee, group dinners and or a wine or beer at the end of the day.
