Grace's room

Fully furnished room(s) in a sunny spacious home near Waikato Hospital for short or long term stays.

Large house with a total of 3 bedroom to be rented. 2 large bedrooms and 1 small room will be ready to rent in the coming months. This is the front bedroom, elevated with an awesome bay window and view.

Room can be unfurnished if preferred otherwise Rent/Room will include: Queen bed (king currently in pictures) Drawers, Bedside tables, Wall hung smart tv, (netflix included), Power, Unlimited wifi, Off street parking.

Will be sharing with myself 26 female Healthcare Assistant, love to socialise and hang out from time to time, pub, games, dinners ect however also love to have my own time. I also have a little Toy Poodle, so have to be okay with dogs, however not interested in any more pets.
