Big room, lots of sunlight with new carpet and double glazing makes for a very warm room in the winter. Lockable door and a DVS heating system. The room is semi-furnished with a queen sized bed and drawers. Can negotiate selling other furniture (desk, chair, bedside table, clothes rack). Power bills are generally $40 each monthly and gas bills are roughly $35 each and are paid depending on when the gas runs out. We are preferably looking for someone who can stay for the full time of the tenancy (till Jan 1st). If you wish to stay for only a few months that can be arranged however you would be responsible for finding a replacement tenant for yourself. There is a $120 fee for the new lease and a possible bond of $600-$800 (unsure).

You will be living with 3 other girls between the ages 18 and 20. Two are full time students and one is a full time worker. They are very laid back and welcoming, love to get outdoors and be spontaneous. They are also vegetarian friendly so vegans and vegetarians are welcome!
