My flattie is moving out soon so looking for someone to fill the room peferably with a lil dog to keep mine company.

Looking for someone who is sociable, clean & tidy, pays rent on time, respectful of others (the neighbourhood has lots of kids around) and takes pride in where they live.

Fully furnished house with whiteware, TV­, fibre internet, heat pump. However you will need to bring your own furnishings for your bedroom. Open plan living and dining area that flows to a large deck for entertaining friends. One main bathroom shared with laundry inside too. The room available is cosy with a built-in wardrobe. There’s space for a double bed, side table, desk, chest of drawers. Garden is fully fenced and there’s a dog door.

Located just off the motorway in milldale, a 7 min drive to the hibiscus coast bus station so it’s a perfect spot for commuting. Close to silverdale shopping center and orewa beach. Also walking distance to a cute coffee shop.

Rent is $300 per week plus $40 for expenses (power, internet & water)

Total move in cost is 2 weeks rent (excluding expenses) as bond and 1 week in advance (including expenses)

Other flat mate is me, 27 year old female with a little shih tzu x dog named Evie. I am a graphic designer and after work I’m usually off at the gym or walking Evie. Love a good chat but also like to have me time reading a book or chilling in the sun.

Definitely not a party girl, and with the close proximity of neighbours, not looking for a someone who likes to party.
