We have two unfurnished rooms available in our happy house on the sunny side of Otahuhu (Seaside Park side). Friends, couples or singles (for one or both rooms) all welcome!

The rooms are side-by-side and share a bathroom, so could also suit a couple. They are each around 9m2 with plenty of space for a queen sized bed and desk, and have built-in wardrobes.

Rent is $175 per week + $25 p/w for expenses (power, water, gas, internet and a few kitchen bits) per room. The bond is 4 weeks rent.

We’re in a quiet street only a 1-minute drive from the motorway on/off-ramps, making everywhere very accessible… in clear traffic it’s under 15 mins to the city centre!

You’ll be living with myself (31M working in biotech) and my partner (31F with an admin role at a trading company) – plus whoever occupies the other available room – and we’re both chilled, tidy and friendly.
