New build that is warm dry and safe 7 minute walk to New Lynn with mall and transport hub

What I am looking for - Considerate and communicative - Clean and tidy - Similar age range - Long term stay - Treats the property as if it were their own home

No pets or smokers (sadly the property does not lend itself to a pet)
