Quite a cool space to relax in. King size bedroom is on 3rd level. In between is very spacious modern but relaxing kitchen, dining, lounge and added barbecue area on spacious deck. The Kingsize bedroom option does cost a bit more ($450 including utilities) as has an ensuite- 1 x master bedroom with stunning double shower, ensuite, large bathroom.  If your a couple a little extra will be added of course. Town house is very central to Auckland City and other regions. Just 5 minutes walk to trains or bus’s, public transport, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. 5 to 10minutes walk -Greenlane hospital Ascot hospital and Our most amazing Cornwall Park. A 5 minute train ride to Newmarket Parnell , Onehunga. 10 minutes to AUT/ /University 10-15 minutes train trip to Sylvia Park  Terraced town house/ home is large , tidy, modern but very homely relaxing space with all modern interiors and appliances  Definitely not overcrowded. Double glazing windows keeps it very quiet and warm in winter.
