🌿🏡Good size 1-2-person unfurnished room available in 🌈LGBTQ+ house! Couples preferred. We have a medium-sized 2-person room available in Brooklyn with 2 car park spaces available at no extra cost! You’ll be living with two other people, myself and my partner, Jasper. As well as our cat Squiggle! We are both 18, so the preferred age is around there. The rent is $256 for 1 person, but for 2 people, it will be $192.5 pp, expenses not included. We will figure out the cost of the other bills but they will be super affordable. We are surrounded by bush, we have lovely views and are often visited by native birds and butterflies. There is a lovely window in the lounge where we get lots of sun throughout the day! The room is a good size. There is definitely space for a couple of drawers or a standing wardrobe. The room can easily fit a double bed and a few drawers/desks. The room has a window that looks into the bush right behind us so it has a good amount of privacy and sunlight. The bathroom, kitchen, and lounge are shared spaces although we will be in the workroom most of the time. You can pretty much move in now! 🐾Pets are negotiable! 5 min walk to the bus stop and dairy. 🌟🚌

About Squiggle! He is just over one year old and is still pretty unsure of new people, but is a lovely boy when he warms up to you. He is an indoor cat and so far lives in our room, we are going to let him start roaming the house soon when he starts to get a bit more confident
