I’m looking for an awesome, mature and clean flatmate to join me in a brand new, 4 bed house in Northlake.

Must love animals - as I have a gorgeous 5 year old border collie, Willow.

Rent is $280 pw for a single (electricity / firewood / fibre internet). Bond - 2 weeks’ rent.

Lounge has a new TV plus Netflix/Neon/Disney/Amazon Prime included. House is warm and fully furnished, including Queen bed. (just need your own linen/duvet).

New appliances, including cake mixer / multi-cooker / air fryer / blender.

Spa pool - warm up on those cold evenings!

Ideal flatmates - 1x single in their late 20’s to 30’s.

Who also loves the occasional social time, whether it’s a movie night / game night / BBQ’s / hiking / road trip photo adventures up the coast.
