10 mins walk from Britomart station.5 mins to the nearest Woolworth. 2 individual rooms, common space and shared bath room with Japanese married couple. No smoking in the apartment, and no pets. Couple would be acceptable but it’s not very large room. All the bills(power, water, electric, wifi) aren’t included.

I’m 31 years old, calm, tidy, easy person who cares someone’s comfort and loves movies, old games, animes, bones, and sweets. I’m working at car detailer and my wife is in a language school. We usually cook together at night and watch movie or talk with our flatmates. Of course we respect your privacy and can keep tranquility. We’re looking forward to living with new flatmate!
