Quiet Room on Clifton Hill $250 /week 1970s home on the hill above Sumner. Birds, surf, sea views, roaring fire. Art on the walls, mid-century furniture, two cats named Puss Puss and Monster. One room available — furnished, quality bedding, your choice of art and rugs. Everything included — power, fibre WiFi, firewood, cleaning products, toilet paper, tea, coffee and sugar. One hour of housework per week is all we ask. We are a small group of quiet older professionals. Mike is a landscaper who works long hours and keeps to his own wing. Early nights are the norm here.
