Arnica's room

I am looking for a female flatmate to join me (Female, 29) in a sunny, cozy home, conveniently located in The Lakes, Pyes Pa just a short drive from The Crossing shopping centre.

The flatmate will ideally be tidy, easy-going, considerate, and quiet, and must be working. It is a smaller home, so it’s not a party zone. This is perfect for someone looking for somewhere quiet to unwind at the end of the day.

The room is currently furnished with a double bed. However, this can be removed if you wish to provide your own. The room also has a double wardrobe with built-in shelving and racks. The bathroom is shared, plus there is an additional toilet.

On-street parking is available.

Rent: $250 a week, including unlimited internet. Power and water are to be split 50/50 for reasonable usage per bill. You will also need to provide your own groceries (you will have your own pantry), however, household basics are included. 


Two weeks rent (security deposit) + one week in advance to be paid before move-in. The preferred flatmate will also need to undergo a credit check and complete tenant documentation as per the existing rental agreement.

No couples, no smokers or vapers, and no pets.

Current tenant is quiet, tidy, and friendly, and enjoys a quiet night at home with a good book or movie.
