Fully furnished room available to board or rent in a family house with 2 young children and a friendly chocolate Labrador.

Would suit a lovely, bubbly, fun, calm non-smoking single female who’s quiet around the house and happy to become part of a family.

Option 1: free room board in exchange for 9 hours of babysitting a week approx 3-5.15pm Monday-Thursday

Option 2: $235 weekly rent

Option 1 & 2: $30 weekly towards reasonable use of power, internet, gas for hot water etc

Extra babysitting available at $25 an hour

Room comes fully furnished with a super comfortable Sealy king bed, king electric blanket, wardrobe, mirrors, arm chair, desk, bookcase, heater and thick black out curtains.

Note:if you prefer your own furniture then you can have it unfurnished too

Shared bathroom (with large bath), shower, 2 separate toilets, shared kitchen, a second full size fridge available, shared lounge. A lovely deck and views and outdoor garden areas.
