One Sunny bedroom available in our warm, new home for a boarder or couple, happy to furnish.
We are a mature married couple in our late 40’s looking for a respectful, quiet living and trustworthy person, or the right couple.
We have a loveable staffy and two cats so a pet friendly person is a must.
Non Smoking essential, No pets, no children.
You will have your own bathroom, with shared toilet. Kitchen facilities, own cooking is a must. Off street parking available.
Please note this is not a flatting situation, however a quiet warm friendly home to share our much loved home respectfully. No smoking property.
Power and internet are included in the cost $240 p.w Food not inclusive. Extra $50 for couple.
