Nice, warm house in a great location. The house is north facing so gets plenty of sun during the day. There is a heat pump with an HRV system in every room to keep the place warm. Dairy and fish&chips nearby, and is close distance to town central. The living area and bedrooms are double glazed. Big garage and parking available on site. The room comes unfurnished. It is a decent size and has good wardrobe space. There are plenty of plugs available also.

You will be living with myself. I am 23 and full time working. Friendly, fun, and easy to get along with. I tend to keep myself fairly busy during the week so enjoy chilling on weekends. I enjoy the occasional drink in the weekend. Musician here. We will get along well if you’re into music or gaming.
