We have a granny flat with 2 well sized bedrooms, bathroom, lounge/kitchen available from 01 June. Suitable for up to 2 adults.

The unit is connected to a beautiful, quiet main house in Flat Bush. You will have two spacious bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, and your own separate bathroom as well. A double bed frame and mattress, desk, small dining table are provided. Can be unfurnished if you prefer to.

The kitchen within the unit is fully functional comes with a range hood and a 4-zone ceramic cooktop. You are also welcome to use our main kitchen, which has all modern appliances provided - dishwasher, two door big fridge freezer, oven, etc. Cookware, tableware and cutlery are shared with other flatmates in the main house. Washing machine and dryer are free for use.

Current flatmates: 2 females 3 males (a couple and 3 singles), one uni student and all other full time working professionals.

We are looking for flatmates who are: Full time working professionals/students, pay rent on time. No smokers. No partiers. No pets. Must be very clean and tidy.

Everyone is busy and quiet in this house, but we are happy to have nice talks when we meet each other in the kitchen.

Rent: $490/week $30/person/week expenses (gas, power, water, internet included)

Move in cost: 3 weeks bond and 1 week rent+expenses to pay in advance ($2020).
