Cost: The room is $480 per week plus $45 each ($70 total for expenses) (this includes power, water, gas, internet, flat essentials).

About Us: We are a friendly couple (30 and 32), and own the house. Working full time professionals.

Ideal Flatmate: We are looking for a couple in their mid-20’s to early 30’s, clean, mature and respectful to join our home. This is not a party house. Sorry no pets or smokers.

Room Details: A sunny spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite, with dimensions of 4.6m x 3.6m. Room has a walk in wardrobe and large en-suite. The room has a private courtyard which gets lots of afternoon sun. The room is on a separate level and only room on that level. The room is unfurnished but the remainder of the house is fully furnished. No onsite parking available but lots of parking available on the road.

Location: Central location, safe neighbourhood, Near Upland Rd shops, close to Meadowbank, Newmarket, Lunn Ave Shops, Supermarkets, Orakei Basin, bars/cafes/restaurants at Upland Rd Shops, bus routes, train stations.
