Grace's room

Great room available in condo, in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the shops, cafes, and restaurants. The room is big, with a built-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom, and a parking spot. It’s currently furnished but could come unfurnished, whatever works best for you. The place itself is bright and modern, with a lovely kitchen and living area for cooking and relaxing with friends; there is also a large deck. Internet is included. A laid-back and welcoming place in a great neighbourhood.

Would be living with one other person, 28 years old she/her. Working and studying loves staying active and also being lazy sometimes, cooking and going on adventures (whenever possible). Looking for someone who enjoys a good balance of hanging out and having their own space. The place is beautiful and has a great vibe!
