Hi all. We have a large room in Albany that will be available May 25. 5 bed 3 bathroom house with 3 females in their 30s and 3 lovely cats, so sorry, no more pets allowed. Sunny house with pool, spa, gardens, gas cooking and hot water, and large entertaining areas. Hoping for someone friendly, tidy, helpful and pays rent on time. Rent is 300 inclusive of bills but share any overages in winter if that doesn’t cover it. House cleaning, lawns, gardens, and pool maintenance are shared tasks. 4 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance required. Room can be fully furnished or unfurnished, and lots of storage space in garage. 1 off street park and easy on street parking. Really quiet house and neighbourhood. Super close to Massey Uni, Albany mall and bus way, motorways, parks and Lucas creek

Liz/Lizzie is a shift working nurse at auckland hospital, loves traveling, socializing out and about, and healthy living. She’s the mama of Bootsie the cat, who loves pets and is low maintenance. Penny works in retail and often has early starts. She’s the mama of Jaz the cat, and they both tend to chill in their bedroom vs shared areas, but are friendly. Mel is on medical leave though hopefully not for much longer. She’s the mama of Gorgeous the cat, who is elderly and cuddly. Keen to do some shared dinners and likes kayaking, SUP, beach visits and walking.
