hi we have a 7 bedroom property 10 mins from the port waikato beach,15 to tuakau and 20-25 to puke. one x self contained -all ready taken , and 6 bedroom with a maximum of 4 people, lovely large farm house kitchen and lounge with fire, updated bathroom with huge bath, plenty of parking and storage, we are a dairy farm and run down to the waikato river with its own little beachfront. the section offers plenty of outdoor space with a bar-b-que and pizza oven,orchard and vege garden, pets are negotiable, however 2 cats already so no more and dogs are in kennels over by the orchard.there is one queen bed and one single bed available if necessary.

currently 2 x 50 year old males, both on farm who enjoy hunting and fishing, early starts are had so while this is not a party house, a few drinks are had, however respect for others a must
