New cabin – mostly furnished (bed, pantry, bench top with seats, lounge chair, no TV currently but can be sorted). Back of our property with own private area and deck Small kitchenette with microwave oven, dishwasher, stove top, fridge, food pantry. No washing machine (tenant can use ours whenever required). Old cat resides on the property and a large friendly dog that visits occasionally. Quiet safe off-street parking and area – 15-20 min walk to centre of Cambridge. Price includes bills.

We are a married couple who has travelled lots, active in outdoor activities and in the community, and love to laugh. One English and one Kiwi. We have a lot of young international travelling adults visit our property regularly which we love.

Our place is a ‘home’ so we’re looking to find someone who is a non-smoker, mature, loves animals, communicates well, likes to laugh, is tidy, kind, trustworthy, honest, and respectful, pays their bills on time, and who will respect our space (as we will with the successful tenant). It’s a nice space to have a friend or two over for a BBQ/meal on a nice evening.

We’re also happy if you are wanting to join in with us on occasions to feel part of a family.

What we’re not looking for is someone who wants to have parties and make a lot of loud noise, or who likes to party-hard and be drunk regularly, swear lots, and is moody or difficult to relate to.

It’s a space for ONE person only. Preferably 20-28 years age.
