Sam's room

Located in ‘Avondale Heights’ is my corner townhouse in a brand new complex on arguably the nicest street in Avondale. It’s handy to the train and bus and just a short drive to the CBD (roughly 7-9 minutes without traffic). The house is built to a very high standard with high end furniture and appliances. The room can be furnished or not, totally up to you. You will have your own room with huge wardrobe and your own bathroom. Parking is on street which is right outside the complex.

Im Sam, a cafe/restaurant owner in my 30’s and my partner Alyx (20’s) works in fashion. We are out of the house for work on weekdays. We enjoy a quiet night in most nights and don’t mind a couple of drinks in the weekend - please note though, since this is a townhouse and we have a close neighbour, we are not a party house and we try to be considerate.
