Tawariki Street

We have 1 spare ground floor bedroom available with a shared bathroom upstairs. House is fully furnished exc. a bed and mattress which the tenant needs to provide (option of buying cheaply the bedroom furniture from the housemate leaving the country). House is very quiet as up a private driveway. Space on the drive for another car or free street parking. The house has 2 decks, one which is quite big and gets the afternoon and evening sun.

We are round the corner from a CountDown, a lovely reserve (Cox’s reserve) and only 15 minutes walk from Ponsonby road and our local beach. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away that takes you straight into town.

About the room: The room has a built in wardrobe, drawers and a bed is provided. It has french doors that open up onto the driveway. Quiet, private and has a heater.

We’re a sociable couple who like to spend time with new people when not working. Catrin is a shift worker (being an ED doctor) so is in and out at random times of the day and night. Elliot is a hybrid worker so works from home 2-3 days a week.
