A cosy room in a sunny and social flat! The house is a 5 minute walk to Lyall Bay beach and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. There is a major bus stop 5 minutes walk away as well as a bus stop at the front door (number 3). The bedroom fits a queen bed and a set of drawers - I have a large long set of drawers that fit perfectly in the hallway instead. There is a large window allowing for lots of morning sunlight and a large single inbuilt wardrobe. The top part of the wardrobe has a HUGE amount of storage. The shared bathroom has recently been renovated; were the first flat to use it. Water pressure is great and the water is HOT. We have a large garage used for storage as well as a separate laundry (washer and drier) that also stores surfboards etc. We have a lovely sunny backyard and private parking. The area has access to lots of great walk/running tracks. There are great pubs and gyms within the area also.
You’ll be living with 3 yopros and a PhD student (mid 20s) - a great bunch; sad to be leaving! We are an active and social flat (love a pub quiz) but also like to do our own things. The flatmates are very welcoming and inclusive of plans and activities. We are an easy going bunch and are looking for someone similar! Get in touch if this sounds like a bit of you! :)
