Ultimately, the perfect applicant must be comfortable with living with an indoor cat which just means a bit more awareness around windows, and keeping doors closed etc. I also have a 6-year-old huntaway, a friendly/goofy dog that lives at home and will be outside during the day, Monday through Friday.
Good-sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe that will accommodate a queen or double bed. Has been freshly painted and new curtains placed within the last six months - desk will be removed asap.
There is a garage on-site for additional storage (within reason).
Detached Laundry - washing machine only, with a shared washing line. Laundromat facilities only mins away if required.

The main house furniture and kitchen items are available for use.
Lawns and gardens: wont be the responsibility of the tenant.
(Utilities costs cover: power, gas, internet, and a small portion to allow for communial items that will always be avaliable for example: dish washing liquid, rubbish bags, toilet paper etc)
